NEB Eligibility

The Non-Earner Benefit (NEB) is for individuals who do not qualify for an IRB (e.g. students, retirees, non-workers) and suffer a complete inability to carry on a normal life.

I am 16 years of age or older. I was not employed, or I was a full-time student (or graduated recently) at the time of the accident. I suffer a complete inability to carry on a normal life within 104 weeks after the accident.
